Adesuwa is a seasoned microfinance practitioner with about a decade of experience in the industry. She started her career in Microfinance banking with Grooming Centre as a Credit officer and became Asset Loan Manager in 2015 as a result of her performance in mobilizing credit, high rate of recovery, and effective management of the loan portfolio with Portfolio at Risk (PAR) below 1%.

She managed and spare headed the different monthly loan products of the organization in Gbagada, Shomolu, and Oshodi branches at different times and deputized as the Branch Manager.

She obtained her National Diploma (ND) in Computer Science with Upper Credit Division in 2004 from Auchi Polytechnic and bagged her Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Computer Science with Second Class Upper Division from the University of Benin in 2007.

 She is a passionate advocate for women empowerment and serves on the Board of Brickscraft Industry Limited.
